The task
An open-air mall with a Ferris wheel, piers and night markets: tens of thousands of visitors every evening, several entrances and a security team that could not watch every camera at once.
What was done
Cluebase VMS on on-premise servers with failover, face recognition against a watch list at every entrance, weapon, bag and bicycle detection in the promenade zones, an alarm panel in the control room and Telegram alerts for patrol teams.
The result
Incidents are located in seconds instead of minutes, night-market crowd zones are monitored automatically, and the archive is searched by clothing and objects rather than by scrolling.
